If you are a travel agent and you don't currently hold an account with us but would like to become one of our agents, please print off the attachments below and complete all the required fields and fax or scan to our Customer Service Coordinator at +64 9 300 3087

If you are a Travel Agent requiring a Credit Account with us you MUST complete the Credit Application form and the Agent Login Application and Terms of use (see attachments below), in order to make bookings with us either directly (e.g phone/fax/email) or to obtain Online Booking Access.
If you would like to obtain further information on the benefits of obtaining an agent account please contact us and we will respond to any further queries you have.
Once your application forms have been processed and all credit checks approved we will provide you with:
- Your Agent Account Code
- Required User ID(s) allowing Online Booking Access
Travel Agent Networks
If you are;
- a Travel Agent who is part of a larger agent network
- Requires User ID(s) for all your related offices/outlets
Please get your Head Office/Product Manager to contact our customer service coordinator who will assist your Central Contact Person to co-ordinate and arrange User IDs for all related offices/outlets countrywide.
Quick Booking
If you need to make a booking before your Green Realm Travel Account has been set up please use the Quick Booking Request form below. This will allow us to hold a booking request until all the account processes have been adhered to – Your booking request will be confirmed upon successful account application.
Online Access
The ability to book clients online is available on the website, this allows you to purchase and confirm your client’s reservation in real time. Please ensure you have applied for your Login and Credit Account to make use of this new system.
